1. Bookings and payments
To hold your place on any tour, you must finish the booking and payment. Online payments are processed securely by Mercado Pago. If you pay manually (WhatsApp), the deposit or transfer must be made at least 24 hours before departure; otherwise the booking is not guaranteed.
2. Cancellation policy
- By the guest: cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable. You may transfer the ticket to someone else by telling us on WhatsApp.
- Bad weather or the Harbor Authority: if the port is closed or we judge the conditions unsafe, the tour is postponed. You can reschedule at no cost. Tickets do not expire.
3. Late arrival policy
Please arrive 20 minutes early at Parque de la Reina dock. The yachts leave on time. If you arrive after the yacht has left:
- The ticket is not cancelled and is not refunded.
- You will be moved to the next available departure that day, strictly subject to space.
4. Rules on board
Safety and respect come first. Food and drinks are allowed. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Large coolers that block the aisles (personal size only).
- Boarding while clearly intoxicated in a way that puts you or others at risk.
- Throwing trash, cans, plastic, or cigarette butts into the sea.
5. Prices and discounts
Prices on this website include the online booking discount. They do not apply to purchases at the ticket booth. We may change prices without notice; if you have already paid, that price stays locked.
