1. Personal data we collect

For the purposes in this notice we may collect your full name, phone number, and email. We collect them when you contact us or book on our website or via WhatsApp.

2. Purpose of processing

Your personal data will be used only for the following purposes:

• To provide the services you request (yacht tours and reservations).
• To tell you about changes or new services related to what you booked.
• To meet obligations we have with our customers.
• To evaluate service quality and study how our tours are used.

3. Payment processing

Yates Dinka does not store or process credit or debit card data. Payments on our site are handled securely by Mercado Pago, which follows international security standards (PCI-DSS). Financial data is subject to that processor’s privacy policy.

4. ARCO rights
